In November 2022, I gave a lecture as part of the Global Leadership Program of the International University of Japan (Graduate School: IUJ). The participants were graduate students and corporate leaders. The content of the lecture included an introduction to Executive Search, the qualities of leadership that are assessed in the selection and hiring process, and environmental changes in the digital transformation space; themes that will lead to future career advancement of the participants. The leadership part of the lecture was based on our leadership training programs for executives and future executives of major companies.
This year, International University of Japan celebrates the 40th anniversary of its establishment.
Currently, 80-90% of graduate students hail from Europe, America, Asia, Middle East and Africa, and the majority of them are sponsored by their companies. Over the years, IUJ has become known as one of the few places in Japan where people from all over the world can interact, communicate, and study in a truly international environment.
